☆ WISH OUTFITS ☆

one, twothreefour
Hey guys, I got a little bored and decided to make a lust list. There are a few lot things I'm wishing for. Mostly things from Sheinside, Storeenvy, and Ebay. I love floral prints and the shape of this dress is quite stunning-- I also don't have enough short sleeved dresses they are really comfortable for the coming summer. The brown scalloped bag is a little too pricey for my blood but this is a wish list after all and I think it goes really well with the dress. Plus the scalloped design is so cute! The white platforms on this outfit is probably my very favorite. I'm saving for them but sort of hesitating because I think I might have too many shoes already! They look so similar to Wildfox's Lonestar.

I think any cat lover can appreciate the cat printed sock. I've wanted them ever since I first found them! The skorts and the earth toned sweater are both from Sheinside and I am in love with the colors. I know it's a little late for sweaters since it's spring but sometimes there are those times when you just need a sweater right? As for the purse and the platforms they both are sort of velvet. The purse has a super cute little cat face on it! Also the shoes are platforms which-- I really love platforms so there's no need to explain any further.

I actually have this dress already. If you go though my previous posts you'll see it. I didn't purchase it from Romwe though but the place I got it doesn't carry it any longer. I wanted this purse because of its color and how unique it looks-- also I've always wanted a clear bag for some reason. It kind of reminds me of some kind of pencil bags I had you know the kind you had in elementary school along with your Lisa frank folders? Yeah it's like that feeling. And as for the slippers aren't they cute? I really love the scalloped embellishments. Anywho thanks for reading. See you in my next blog post! - xx Mary

WHITE FLOWERS - THRIFTY MINI HAUL

A. Hey everyone, I've been lagging on the blogging lately (as usual). But I'm going to try to get into the habit of it more sooooo here are some secondhand items, new shoes, as well as a diy floral headband I recently made. The secondhand items are a cute vintage straw hat with two flowers sewn on, some seashell earrings, and some cute white gloves! I think each secondhand item was around $2 except the hat it was pretty penny (or $15 rather). When I saw the hat I was instantly in love with it. I really wish there were more secondhand shops where I live but I don't really mind making a little trip somewhere. It's kind of exciting!
B. As for the flowers... well I just have always kind of secretly wanted to have a floral headpiece *guilty pleasure*. They were fairly easy to make, although the craftsmanship is obviously unskilled. Haha my method was just glue-ing flowers onto a headband with a glue gun! I admit it actually was really fun and I think the internet will survive without me having to make a 'tutorial' for it (because floral headpieces are serious business). I do plan to make more since it's pretty easy and I am going to work on my sewing and possibly acquiring higher quality faux flowers.
C. Also there's something about white flowers that I'm fascinated by. I've always found them to be a little morbid as they are associated with purity along with funerals and death. Anyways enough of that-- back to the actual hat! When I first saw it I thought it was black but then I realized that it's actually a very dark blue. I have no idea what I'm going to wear it with yet but even if I don't really use it that much just having it feels oddly satisfying? I honestly think hats with flowers are really elegant I wonder why they went out of style? On another note I wish I could appraise this hat because I have no idea what era it's from or if it's even truly vintage. :(
D. I think floral accents are great for spring. And honestly $4.89 right now doesn't sound like a bad price at all lol. I think the stylized illustration of the woman and the hat look really lush! As tempting as it was to live in such times though I don't think I feel like I was 'born in the wrong time' or anything like that-- I really like our modern medicine and technology!

E. Here's a closeup of the earrings I got for only $2! I don't really wear earrings since I usually have an allergic reaction to them (perhaps it's the type of metal they're made out of). I don't really like wearing earrings they make me feel a little too gaudy and uncomfortable sooooo I'm going to try to make these into sweater clips-- somehow maybe possibly? I'm going to try to go for it.
F. Lastly these shoes really look like doll shoes-- like plastic toy shoes on barbies. I love them! Vivienne Westwood and Melissa collaborated on the design of these wedges and I think it's absolutely brilliant. I use them quite often as they feel like rubber and are super super comfortable.  They are perfect to use during a nice day on a bike through a park ( I did that yesterday woo ).
Thanks for reading. See you in my next blog post! - xx Mary

I OPENED A STOREENVY!

You can find it here
A. Haha, yeah I finally got around to doing this. I've wanted to start selling my old clothes for a very long time but I guess I was just to timid to and it also slipped my mind a lot. Now I finally mustered up the courage (and of course the constant reminder of my closet being crammed) to finally start selling my used clothes.
B. If you don't know what store envy is well it's sort of like ebay but with a more friendly interface and it's free to start a shop!
C. I had no idea how much hard work it actually is to take accurate pictures of stuff to sell! Took me a few hours to do only a few of them but I have so much more to add to this store!
I might add that I really have no clue what I am doing since I've never done this kind of thing before... I hope people understand that the shipping might take me a little while since I'm still trying to figure this out. Right now I'm only shipping to the United States but I might start shipping international when I have figured it all out!

Here's a little preview

D.  I will be adding more items! I just couldn't today because it was really dreary and I rely heavily on natural light to take these photos. I really hope the sun shows his face tomorrow because I need to get busy. As of now I am doing a promotion for my blog readers only so if you have a pulse and are reading this you can get a discount! All you have to do is put the word magic in the
'code box' and you will get 15% off on everything on my store! Just remember the url for my store is usesore.storeenvy.com
E. Have you ever sold anything online before? What was it like? I'll be honest I'm really nervous and I feel like I'm going to mess everything up! Any suggestions for anything would be really appreciated and also-- should I lower the prices or highten them? I kind of estimated what the item was worth in my head but oh well haha we'll see :{ Anddd I almost forgot I will be updating what I've added on this facebook page so if you have the time I would really appreciated it if you liked it! Thanks a bunch for reading!

MUCHACHA CAT BAG! and other magical items.

Do you like my bag from Ahcahcum Muchacha? It came all the way from Japan! It's probably the
cutest bag I have ever seen in my life. It's a vintage cat tapestry-esque tote! It's also worth saying that I find it absolutely odd due to the fact that it's upside down. Although honestly I feel that this is brilliant because the little ears can hang down. It's super cute! And if you look on the right the zipper has a little tail attached to it! I swear it matches almost everything

This is what it looks like on the side view. As you can see it takes a triangular form. Also it still caries the print on the sides as well. Not sure how I really feel about it but it's pretty congruent so far. Oh and don't mind the dress on my table I just like to include it in pictures.

It also came with this cute little cat coin purse! How CUTE IS IT!? Don't really know what
to store inside of it yet. Perhaps coins? Maybe yeah I might put coins into a coin purse..

Next are these brogue boot from Romwe finally arrived! So excited to wear them in the winter!
Meh I feel like I could wear this for every season.

 I'm totally in love with the details . . . <3

I also got this sweater from Sheinside! It's super comfortable and soft and I love the general fit.

That's all for now guys! What do you think of my recent purchases lately?
How should I style them? Also above is me taking a picture of you so I can steal
your soul and devour them to feed to my hair-- for sustenance. SUSTENANCE!

2012 WINTER INSPIRATION (fall fashion inspired)

Another inspiration thread. This season I'm interested in chunky fitted sweaters and vintage dresses along with chic sophisticated coats for winter. I've always found winter wear to be  slightly depressing and I believe an added colorful flair to your wardrobe might help remedy this. I'm very fond of rustic colors thus this could all easily be worn in the fall as well. Both bright colors and deep and wild colors will still be found in this inspiration post however. I hope you all enjoy it and are inspired to add a creative and playful twist to your outerwear this season. And of course remember to keep yourselves warm since that is one of the many purposes of clothing after all.

PREVIEW: DEANDRI & JEFFREY CAMPBELL MINI SHOE HAUL ( OUTFIT IDEAS ?)

401827_367939736594429_519421627_n_large
(art from Deandi)

So I'm going to do a shoe haul once more. This time these are actual expensive-ish brands like
Jeffrey Campbell and Deandri. I don't typically wear brands like this so I am very excited!
Can you feel the excitement too!? Here's what I have in store for you guys
I will make sure to show pictures whenever I get around to
and of course how I feel about them (quality/overall satisfaction)
and a review after dreaded finals week!

Thanks for tuning in despite my super long absence . . .
Really sorry I haven't been blogging... I've just been
SUPER BUSY

Here's a preview of the three shoes I got~

Deandri//Helga//White

I've really wanted these for a long time since I love Deandri's designs...
They are a little more obscure than a brand like Jeffrey Campbell
they're pretty underrated and you should check out some of their designs!
Not sure yet what to pair it with but they are definitely super cute
and I am proud to have them.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Jeffrey Campbell//Spiked Damsel

I've super super longed for these and the spikes really are sharp!
Now I finally have them and I will definitely fill you in on how I feel about them...

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Jeffrey Campbell//Big Lita

I picked these up since I'm also a fan of the litas and I slightly liked these more
compared to the hellbounds ;__; </3
UNIF creates awesome gear though you should check them out too!
I remember when the original litas came out. I also remember UNIF making
something that seemed to be inspired from the lita. I supposed the Big Lita is

an inspiration within an inspiration it's

INSPIRATION-CEPTION

ALSO I would appreciate any ideas what I can wear with these shoes.
I really like feedback from others since I'm not even sure what I'm
doing would make any sense! So... I would appreciate anyone's help.
Just leave me a link to a picture. or outfit any advice would be awesome!

Thanks for reading!
